At The Suite by Chantele Campbell™, we create spaces where women of color, first-generation leaders, and working mothers can lead with clarity, confidence, and ease. We believe leadership should feel expansive, not exhausting. Through coaching, community, and culture-shifting programs, we guide individuals and organizations toward sustainable, inclusive excellence.
Our work sits at the intersection of leadership development, identity, and lived experience. Whether we are coaching a senior leader, facilitating employer-sponsored leadership labs, or supporting mothers navigating ambitious careers, our approach centers on empowering people to lead authentically without shrinking, assimilating, or burning themselves out.
About Our Founder
Chantele M. Campbell is an executive leader, certified coach, and first-generation professional with over two decades of experience in public service, health systems, and nonprofit leadership. Her career has been rooted in building programs, strengthening systems, and creating environments where people can thrive.
She has led large-scale operational and community initiatives, improved access to essential services, built inclusive leadership pipelines, and championed culturally responsive practices throughout her career. Her leadership is grounded in empathy, strategy, and an unwavering belief in possibility.
As a mother, first-gen leader, and advocate for women navigating complex work environments, Chantele created The Suite by Chantele Campbell™ to offer what she wished she had:
